79 years ago, on September 2, 1945, at the historic Ba Dinh Square, President Ho Chi Minh, on behalf of the provisional government, solemnly read the Declaration of Independence, declaring to the people of the whole country and all of humanity around the world, giving birth to the Democratic Republic of Vietnam, now the Socialist Republic of Vietnam.

Next, Provincial Party Secretary Thai Thanh Quy and the delegation visited the exhibition on 55 years of implementing Uncle Ho's will, which was displayed in the Kim Lien relic site with the theme: Uncle Ho's will - a torch to light the way. The delegation also went to Chung Son temple to offer flowers and incense to express their respect and gratitude to the ancestors of President Ho Chi Minh.
