The highlight of the event are two famous Venezuelan artists Luisana Pérez and Javier Marin. Together, they often perform compositions by the most famous musicians of the national music of Venezuela, Brazil and other Latin American countries, as well as many other traditional music genres.
Besides staying true to the original idea, they also added new sounds to create a new version in a more modern style.
Luisana Pérez, one of the leading female vocalists in traditional music, has won many awards. She is currently a member of the team promoting the government's cultural program "Long Live the Great Mission Venezuela, My Beloved Country".
Javier Marin is a soloist on the cuatro guitar - a four-stringed instrument considered the national instrument and used by many people across all regions of Venezuela.
A professional artist from a traditional Venezuelan musical background, Javier Marin is also a member of the promotional team for the program "Long live the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Venezuela, My Beloved Fatherland".
As the main performers, Ms. Luisana Pérez and Mr. Javier Marin, along with other artists, brought traditional Venezuelan music to the people of Hanoi.
With her charming, sweet, and passionate voice, Luisana Pérez has attracted many foreign guests and Hanoi residents.
The art performance by Venezuelan artists featured music and songs praising the country and people of Venezuela, and most especially praising the national hero leader Simon Bolivar.
The cultural and artistic exchange event between Vietnam and Venezuela has contributed to increasing mutual understanding and trust, increasingly tightening the friendship and comprehensive cooperation between the two countries, as Venezuelan poet Aquiles Nazoa said: "Friendship is the greatest invention of mankind".
