Previously, in September 2024, the historic flood caused by Typhoon Yagi submerged most of the gardeners in Xuan Quan flower village.
With the support of authorities at all levels, Xuan Quan flower growers have made efforts to restore production, so that the young buds can grow strong and spread their colors to welcome Tet.
