First high-altitude fireworks display at Bach Dang Park

Hai Duong City People's Committee met to agree on a plan to display high-altitude and low-altitude fireworks at Bach Dang Park.

At the meeting, the agencies and units agreed on the time, location and plans to ensure the fireworks display takes place smoothly and safely, creating a joyful and exciting atmosphere to celebrate the New Year. This is the first time Hai Duong City has coordinated to organize a high-altitude fireworks display at Bach Dang Park. 800 high-altitude fireworks will be combined with 180 low-altitude fireworks displays. The expected time of the display is from 11:15 p.m. to 11:30 p.m. on February 9 (New Year's Eve). Before the fireworks display, there will be a 30-minute cultural program.

The art program and fireworks display will be broadcast live on Hai Duong Radio and Television Station.

As this is the first time organizing high-altitude fireworks, Hai Duong City People's Committee requested agencies and units to coordinate closely to prepare the most thoughtful conditions to serve the people. In addition to arranging absolutely safe shooting sites, traffic flow, environmental sanitation, power supply, fire prevention, etc. must ensure requirements.
