Lai Da village (Dong Hoi commune, Dong Anh district, Hanoi) is located along the Duong river. From early morning on July 20, the communal house yard and Lai Da village cultural house were cleaned thoroughly to prepare for the farewell of General Secretary Nguyen Phu Trong.
Groups of people hurriedly came and went, each with their own tasks, but all shared the same feeling of infinite sadness.
