On the afternoon of January 29, the 12th session of the People's Council of Nhu Xuan district, term XXI, 2021 - 2026, was held to review a number of important tasks.

The 12th session of the District People's Council, term XXI, took place in the first days of the new year 2024, a year of special significance in implementing the Resolution of the Party Congresses at all levels for the 2020-2025 term and the 5-year socio-economic development plan for the 2021-2025 period. The contents considered and decided at this session are of great importance not only for the implementation of the socio-economic development plan for 2024 and the entire term, but also for the long-term development of the district.

At this session, based on reviewing and discussing the submissions and draft resolutions submitted by the District People's Committee to the session, the appraisal reports of the Economic-Social Committee of the District People's Council, the District People's Council voted to approve 18 draft resolutions on Adjusting the Decision on investment policy for the Cong Nhan Joint Spillway Bridge project, Hop Thanh village, Binh Luong commune; on the decision on investment policy for the projects: Restoration and embellishment of the historical relic of Chin Gian Temple, Thanh Quan commune; Maintenance and repair of Dong Man lake, Cat Tan commune; Repair and upgrade of Lang Chao spillway bridge and the road at both ends of the spillway bridge in Thanh Lam commune; Maintenance and repair of Trung Thanh lake, Yen Cat town; Concrete road in Ke Lan village, Thanh Quan commune; Repair of road 520D, Cat Van commune section; Emergency handling of Yen Cat town traffic road (connecting Ho Chi Minh road with provincial road 520D); Upgrading and renovating Cat Tan kindergarten; Nhu Xuan Ethnic Minority Secondary School project; Renovation and upgrading of Dong Tam - Tien Thanh traffic road, Thuong Ninh commune; Renovation and upgrading of Khe Huong Lake, Xuan Hoa commune; Repair and upgrading of Dong Tam - Xuan Thuong traffic road, Thuong Ninh commune; policy to renovate the road from Dong Ha village, Thuong Ninh commune to Cat Loi village, Cat Tan commune; Resolution on supplementing the medium-term public investment plan for the period 2021-2025 and allocating the public investment capital plan in 2024; Resolution on not authorizing the District People's Committee to decide on investment in the project to adjust the general urban planning of Bai Tranh, Nhu Xuan district to 2045, in Resolution No. 92/NQ-HDND, dated December 21, 2022 of the People's Council of Nhu Xuan district; Resolution approving the adjustment and updating of the Ban Mong reservoir project into the adjustment of the land use planning for the period 2021 - 2030 of Nhu Xuan district; Land use plan for 2024 of Nhu Xuan district and Resolution on investment policy for project code name TS24.

After half a day of urgent and serious work, with a spirit of solidarity, democracy and high responsibility; the 12th session of the 21st District People's Council has completed the proposed program content.
