Bac Lieu Department of Ethnic Minorities and Religions: Giving gifts to Khmer people in Phuoc Long district

On the occasion of preparing to celebrate the traditional Chol-chnam-thmay New Year 2025 of the Khmer ethnic people in the South, on April 3, the Department of Ethnic Minorities and Religions of Bac Lieu in coordination with the Executive Committee of the Buddhist Sangha of Phuoc Long district organized a gift giving program for 100 poor households, near-poor households, and households in especially difficult circumstances who are Khmer ethnic people in Phuoc Long district - (photo).

Accordingly, each household received a gift, including 10 kg of rice and some necessities. These were gifts supported by the Department of Ethnic Minorities and Religion, mobilizing religious establishments and benefactors in the province.
