On June 4, Hue City Police (Thua Thien - Hue) said that a male shipper living in the area fell off his motorbike and was injured. He was discovered by police officers and local residents, who helped him get to the emergency room in time.

Previously, at around 10:00 a.m. the same day, on Tran Phu Street, Hue City, Mr. NTĐ (29 years old, residing on Le Duan Street, Tay Loc Ward, Hue City) was transporting goods when he suddenly fell off his motorbike and was seriously injured.
At the time of the accident, Lieutenant Colonel Pham Quang Anh (officer of the Traffic Police Department of Hue City Police) and Lieutenant Colonel Tran Duc Thanh (Deputy Captain, Criminal Police Department of the Provincial Police) were driving on the road when they discovered the incident, quickly stopped the car, called an ambulance, provided first aid and assisted in taking the male shipper to the hospital.
After Mr. D. was taken to the hospital, Lieutenant Colonel Pham Quang Anh assisted and drove Mr. D.'s goods to the police station for storage, then handed them over to the male shipper's family.
Lieutenant Colonel Pham Quang Anh took the male shipper's car back to headquarters.
Lieutenant Colonel Pham Quang Anh said he discovered the incident while driving home after completing a mission in the area. Lieutenant Colonel Tran Duc Thanh also happened to see the incident so he quickly stopped his car to help.
The initial cause was determined by the police to be that Mr. D. was stunned and fell onto the road. Thanks to the timely support of two police officers and many nearby residents, Mr. D. is now out of danger.
