Speaking to a VietNamNet reporter, Le Xuan Hung (31 years old, the male delivery driver who was assaulted) said that he was still suffering from headaches and dizziness and was being taken by the police for a medical examination to assess his injuries.

At noon on February 11th, after working at the Yen Phu Ward Police Station (Tay Ho District, Hanoi ), the male delivery driver who was assaulted by a Lexus driver in alley 310/50 Nghi Tam had a brief exchange with a VietNamNet reporter.
The male delivery driver who was assaulted is Le Xuan Hung (31 years old). Mr. Hung said that on the morning of the same day, he was invited to the Yen Phu Ward Police station to give a statement and recount the events.

"To this day, I still have headaches, dizziness, my right eye is still swollen and torn in several places, and I'm also having nosebleeds. I've been questioned by the police about the incident. The police are taking me for a medical examination to assess my injuries," said Le Xuan Hung.
According to Mr. Hung, since the incident occurred, he has not received any apology or inquiry from the assailant or their family.
"The incident happened very quickly. After the car collided with my motorbike, the driver got out, started shouting, and then jumped on me, hitting and punching me," Hung recounted.

Earlier, on the evening of February 10th, a video circulated on social media showing a young man, allegedly a delivery driver, being assaulted by a middle-aged man, supposedly due to a traffic accident.
A security camera at a household in alley 310/50 Nghi Tam recorded a scene where a young man on a motorbike got into an argument with a man driving a Lexus. The man in the Lexus then repeatedly punched and hit the young man in the face.
Not stopping there, the man repeatedly kneed and kicked the young man in the face. The incident culminated when the man snatched the delivery driver's helmet to use as a weapon.
By the morning of February 11th, the leaders of the Tay Ho District Police had confirmed the incident, and the Yen Phu Ward Police had invited those involved to the station to give statements.
