On March 26, Cotana Capital Real Estate Investment and Development Joint Stock Company held a groundbreaking ceremony for the construction of blocks XH1 and XH4 of the OXH1 Social Housing Project - High-rise Apartment Building, Phase 2.

Commencement of construction of 400 social housing units in An Van Duong new urban area, Hue city

On March 26, Cotana Capital Real Estate Investment and Development Joint Stock Company held a groundbreaking ceremony for the construction of blocks XH1 and XH4 of the OXH1 Social Housing Project - High-rise Apartment Building, Phase 2.

These are 2 blocks of the OXH1 Social Housing Project - High-rise Apartment Building, Phase 2 of the Thuy Van Complex. The project is located in Area B - An Van Duong New Urban Area, Hue City, invested by the Cotana Joint Stock Company - TELIN Group Joint Stock Company with a total investment of 320 billion VND. The project aims to fully meet social amenities, solving the housing needs of eligible home buyers in Hue City.

OXH1 area has an area of ​​about 1.49 hectares, including 4 blocks XH1 - XH4, each block is 15 floors high, 1 basement. OXH1 area has a total of 723 apartments with designs from 1 bedroom to 3 bedrooms.

Previously, in August 2024, nearly 200 XH3 apartments in the OXH1 area were completed and handed over to residents after less than 1 year of construction. According to the plan, in the second quarter of 2025, nearly 200 apartments in block XH2 will continue to be handed over, bringing the total number of social housing apartments put into use in the project to nearly 400.

According to Cotana Capital Real Estate Investment and Development Joint Stock Company, realizing the increasing demand for social housing in Hue, and aiming to complete more than 2,000 social housing apartments from now until 2026, the investor has continued to start construction of blocks XH1 and XH4 according to construction permit No. 05/GPXD dated September 16, 2023. Blocks XH1 and XH4 have a total of nearly 400 apartments, expected to be completed in 18 months.

Speaking at the ceremony, Mr. Hoang Hai Minh, Vice Chairman of Hue City People's Committee, emphasized the importance of speeding up the project's progress, and requested the authorities to facilitate legal procedures and support policies for the project to be completed soon.

Vice Chairman Hoang Hai Minh also requested the investor to mobilize all resources to ensure progress and quality as approved, contributing to improving the social housing fund and meeting the urgent needs of the people.
