Lieutenant Colonel Cao Thanh Hoa, Party Secretary, Political Commissar of the KT788 Warehouse, said: “The unit was entrusted by the Military Technical Department and the service to hold the Congress in advance to gain experience throughout the entire Department. Therefore, from the beginning of the year, the Party Committee and the Warehouse commander have directed agencies and units to proactively develop plans, deploy and thoroughly disseminate directives from superiors, ensuring that preparations are carried out methodically and according to procedures. The stages and steps are carried out synchronously, urgently, thoughtfully, meticulously, and in accordance with principles.”

KT788 Warehouse launched a peak emulation campaign to welcome the 6th Warehouse Party Congress, term 2025 - 2030.

The most vivid and intuitive thing is that the propaganda work about the congress was carried out in many diverse forms such as launching emulation, internal broadcasting, hanging banners and slogans, creating a vibrant atmosphere throughout the unit. The grassroots trade union, youth union and women's union also actively organized activities to welcome the congress such as: sports competitions, cultural exchanges, wall newspaper competitions... creating brilliant colors, beautifying the congress.

In addition, the central task of preparing documents and personnel work was also carried out closely, ensuring the principles of democratic centralism, publicity, transparency, and compliance with regulations. The Party Committee led and directed the implementation of the process of reviewing and evaluating cadres, collecting comments from Party committees, Party cells, and Party members to select comrades who are truly exemplary in political qualities, leadership capacity, and prestige in the collective to be elected to the Party Executive Committee for the new term and elected as delegates to attend the 6th Congress of the Party Committee of the Military Technical Department, Service.

KT788 Warehouse staff actively preserve and maintain technical equipment and weapons.

With enthusiasm and a high sense of responsibility, Party cells and mass organizations actively researched and contributed ideas to draft the political report, proposed solutions to promote and further enhance the leadership capacity of the Party Committee, in order to successfully carry out political tasks in the new term. At the same time, logistics - technical work, and celebration decoration were also carefully implemented, ensuring solemnity, suitable for the space of the Warehouse. Agencies and units are urgently preparing and consolidating models, initiatives, and added products to serve the display at the congress. The service team, secretaries, and technicians are all assigned specific tasks, ready for the day of this important event.
