This is the recognition of the Party, State, Central Military Commission, Ministry of National Defense, General Department of Logistics and Engineering for the outstanding achievements of the Petroleum Department in the past time.

Speaking at the ceremony, on behalf of the Central Military Commission and the leaders of the Ministry of National Defense, General Phan Van Giang commended and acknowledged the achievements and feats that officers and soldiers of the Military Petroleum sector have achieved over the past 70 years. Emphasizing that in the coming time, the tasks of logistics and technical work in general, and the Military Petroleum work in particular, will have new developments, with increasingly high requirements.
