Opening of Vietbank Thanh Hoa branch

On December 19, Vietnam Thuong Tin Commercial Joint Stock Bank (Vietbank) officially opened in Thanh Hoa. Attending the ceremony were Mr. Le Duc Giang, member of the Provincial Party Committee, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, leaders of the State Bank of Vietnam - Thanh Hoa Branch, leaders of the Vietbank system and representatives of many units and enterprises in the province.

Vietbank Thanh Hoa is located at 46 - 48 Tran Phu, Dien Bien Ward, Thanh Hoa City. This is the first transaction branch in Thanh Hoa province and the 132nd transaction point of the Vietbank banking system operating in 26 provinces and cities nationwide.

Through the opening of Vietbank Thanh Hoa Branch, Vietbank hopes to create conditions for people, businesses and customers to more conveniently access credit programs and sources, thereby shaping and building a strategy to expand production and business scale, contributing to promoting socio-economic development in the area.

Up to now, the province has 36 commercial bank branches, 1 branch of the Social Policy Bank, 1 branch of the Development Bank, 1 branch of the Cooperative Bank, 1 microfinance institution, 2 branches of the Tinh Thuong microfinance institution, 67 People's Credit Funds and 11 financial companies. Credit institutions in the area have well met the banking transaction needs of people and businesses.

Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Le Duc Giang congratulated Vietbank on the official opening of Thanh Hoa branch.
