Happy New Year to Khmer Southern Temple in Giong Rieng, Go Quao

Vice Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Kien Giang province Pham Thanh Hung congratulated and presented gifts to Ca Nhung pagoda (Go Quao).

At Cay Trom Pagoda, Ban Thach Commune, Nha Si Cu Pagoda, Vinh Phu Commune (Giong Rieng); Thuy Lieu Pagoda, Thuy Lieu Commune and Ca Nhung Pagoda, Dinh Hoa Commune (Go Quao), Vice Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Kien Giang Province Pham Thanh Hung quickly informed about the socio-economic development situation of the province in 2024 and the first months of 2025.

Under the leadership and direction of the Provincial Party Committee and the Provincial People's Committee, the province's socio-economic, defense and security continued to develop; the lives of the people, especially the Khmer people, were improved. From the movement to eliminate temporary and dilapidated houses, many households have solid, spacious houses, and can work with peace of mind to improve their lives.

The general results and achievements of Kien Giang province have positive contributions from monks and Khmer people in the two districts of Go Quao and Giong Rieng.
