The movement mobilizes the participation of the entire political system, the whole society, and the whole people to completely solve the problem of temporary and dilapidated houses for poor households, near-poor households, and people with housing difficulties in 2025. At the launching ceremony held in Hoa Binh province in April 2024, the Prime Minister proposed to promote all resources; promote the nation's fine traditions and culture of mutual love and support "the whole leaves cover the torn leaves", "the torn leaves cover the more torn leaves" to successfully achieve the set goals. At the same time, ensure appropriate and effective regulations, mechanisms, and policies; ensure the quality of works and the right beneficiaries...

Responding to this movement, all localities across the country have been taking part with the highest determination: completely eliminating temporary and dilapidated houses for people in difficult circumstances in 2025. For example, in Dong Nai, the province's goal is to start construction of 265 solid houses for poor households, near-poor households, households with difficulties, families of meritorious people, etc. In addition to state resources, the province calls for support from organizations and individuals inside and outside the province with the highest goal of not missing any beneficiaries.

In particular, during the process of implementing house construction, Dong Nai focuses on quickly and neatly handling land procedures and related documents to promote the fastest house construction process. In addition, the province mobilizes local authorities, businesses and people to provide additional support for the house construction process such as labor days, materials, and essential equipment to help the house after completion become more spacious and convenient.

A very encouraging sign is that in Dong Nai, in response to the program to eliminate temporary and dilapidated houses, many organizations, businesses and philanthropists have joined hands. Among them, there are organizations and businesses that have donated billions of dong, and there are also individuals who have donated their savings in the spirit of "a little, a lot of heart". No matter how much is donated, this contribution is still very valuable, because "a little makes a storm", from the hearts of gold, more solid houses will be completed, helping the needy soon have a stable and safe place to live.
