The event, organized by the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism in coordination with the People's Committee of Nghe An province and the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development, gathered 11 mass art troupes from all over the country, bringing nearly 40 unique performances.
The performances revolve around themes praising the Party, Uncle Ho; love for the homeland and country; natural beauty; folk cultural values and typical examples in work and life.
The quintessence of folk heritage converges
The Ninh Binh Provincial Cultural Center's Mass Art Troupe participated in the festival with the performance Singing about Ninh Binh's mountains and rivers.
Typical Vietnamese art forms are performed in many diverse genres, such as: traditional musical instruments, folk dance, Xam, Ca Tru, Hat Van, Quan Ho, Hat Xoan, Vi Giam, Bai Choi, Ca Hue, Tay Nguyen gongs, Don Ca Tai Tu. The highlight of the event is the performances of traditional costumes of Vietnamese ethnic groups and Ao Dai through historical periods.
