On the morning of August 22, Hoang Hoa District Party Committee coordinated with Thanh Hoa Provincial Political School to organize the opening ceremony of a training course for cadres to be planned for the Party Executive Committee and key leadership positions of Hoang Hoa district, term 2025-2030.
Overview of the training class.
During 8 days, 66 outstanding cadres of Party committees, Party organizations, agencies, localities and units in the district attended the class and were taught 15 topics by cadres and lecturers of the Provincial Political School, including: Developing the thinking and vision of leaders and managers at the district level in Thanh Hoa province today; Innovating the Party's leadership and governing methods to ensure Party building and a streamlined, effective and efficient political system; Requirements for grassroots Party committees and district-level Party committees today; Building a Socialist rule-of-law state that is honest, constructive, effective and efficient, serving the people; Ho Chi Minh's thought and our Party's thoughts on preventing and combating ideological and political degradation, moral and lifestyle degradation and manifestations of "self-evolution" and "self-transformation"; Building and promoting Vietnamese cultural values and people to meet the requirements of sustainable national development and issues facing Thanh Hoa...
In addition to the above topics, students will go on field trips, learn from experience, and write a report assessing learning outcomes.
The training course aims to improve the quality and capacity of the staff to meet the requirements of the new period; demonstrating the high determination, great efforts, drastic and effective actions of the Standing Committee of Hoang Hoa District Party Committee in proactively creating a source of staff for the next term.
