Hyundai Experience Day 2024: “Going Beyond Limits” will take place from December 7-8, 2024

On December 7-8, 2024, Hyundai Thanh Cong Vietnam (HTV) organized a special brand experience program called Hyundai Experience Day 2024 in Ho Chi Minh City with the theme "Overcoming all limits".

The highlight of Hyundai Experience Day 2024 is the drift show on the IONIQ 5N Drift Edition electric vehicle. This is a special model modified on the IONIQ 5N model. Launched in July 2023 as the first electric vehicle of the high-performance Hyundai N division, IONIQ 5 N represents a new segment of high-performance electric vehicles, focusing on the driver through new technologies and upgraded track capabilities, marking the first step in N's electrification strategy.

With the theme "Going beyond all limits" - inspired by the breakthrough with a youthful spirit, constantly innovating, Hyundai Experience Day 2024 wishes to continue to affirm the "manifesto" of Hyundai Thanh Cong Vietnam as well as the Hyundai brand about the spirit of modernity, innovation, constantly striving to bring consumers experiences as well as own the most advanced technology, with customers in tune with life, catching up and leading the living trend in the new era.

It combines the IONIQ 5's standard electric global vehicle platform (E-GMP) with the N Performance sports car technology and the expertise of the 'Rolling Lab' to maximize the high-performance capabilities of the EV. The IONIQ 5 N is equipped with a large 84kWh battery pack, and the electric motors have been tuned. Specifically, the front electric motor produces 222 horsepower, while the rear motor produces 378 horsepower. Combined, the car produces 601 horsepower, but can reach 641 horsepower in Boost mode. The car has been described in the media as 'groundbreaking', 'game-changing' and 'the benchmark' for high-performance EVs. The IONIQ 5 N also won the Top Gear Car of the Year 2023 Award and set a record for the fastest electric SUV lap time at the Nürburgring Nordschleife by Germany's 'Sport Auto'. At the event, participants will experience a unique "taxi-ride" while sitting next to a professional drift racer from Hyundai Motor from Korea. The Elantra Gymkhana Hyundai Thanh Cong Cup 2024 will continue to be held. Accompanying the participants will be the Elantra N-line, a sports version of the Elantra equipped with a 1.6 Turbo engine with a capacity of 204 horsepower and a 7-speed dual-clutch transmission. The best drivers will compete in the Elantra N with a 2.0 Turbo engine with a maximum capacity of 285 horsepower and a series of supporting technologies inherited from racing cars.

For the first time in Vietnam, Hyundai Motor has dedicated an exhibition space to Genesis branded cars.

In particular, this year there will be the appearance of the N-Brand display area, Hyundai's sports car branch, which stands out with the slogan "Never Just Drive" with the motto of creating interesting sports cars for daily use and on the racetrack. Hyundai Experience Day 2024 has a space for commercial vehicles with the Hyundai brand. Familiar daily passenger cars and buses will be dressed in new and creative "outfits", bringing unique appeal to customers. In addition, genuine spare parts and accessories booths with high-end companion brands such as 3M, Shell, ... will help customers choose the best complementary products for their cars. A new highlight of this year’s program is the special experience with hot air balloons on the banks of the Saigon River. Attendees will have the opportunity to admire the dynamic and brilliant Ho Chi Minh City from a hot air balloon at a height of tens of meters. Each flight will have a maximum of 4 adults or 6 children participating.
