An Bien district won the women's volleyball tournament in Kien Giang province

On the afternoon of March 7, at the multi-purpose gymnasium of Kien Giang province, the championship and third place matches of the 2025 Kien Giang women's volleyball tournament took place.

In the championship match, the two teams of An Bien district and Kien Giang Provincial Police gave the audience exciting football matches. With the quality of the squad and reasonable playing tactics, the An Bien district team excellently defeated the Kien Giang Provincial Police team with a score of 2-0, successfully defending the championship title.

The organizers awarded first, second and third prizes to the teams.

Meanwhile, in the third place match, the girls of U Minh Thuong district defeated the team of Kien Giang Medical College to finish third overall.

At the end of the tournament, the organizing committee awarded first, second and third prizes to the teams of An Bien district, Kien Giang Provincial Police and U Minh Thuong district, respectively.

The 2025 Kien Giang Province Women's Volleyball Championship beauty queen belongs to athlete Huynh Thi Kim Cuong of An Bien district team .

Deputy Director of the Department of Culture and Sports of Kien Giang province Tran Nguyen Ba awarded the title of Miss Women's Volleyball of Kien Giang province to athlete Huynh Thi Kim Cuong.
