Hue welcomes cross-Vietnam tourists on luxury train

(Fatherland) - On December 22, the Department of Tourism of Thua Thien Hue province announced that it had organized to welcome a group of guests on the luxury train SJourney stopping in Hue on a journey across Vietnam.


Accordingly, the group of 7 guests welcomed were high-class guests and were the first group of guests to travel on a luxury train of Vietnam Railways. On the journey across Vietnam, the train passed through famous destinations such as Phan Thiet, Nha Trang, Hoi An, etc. This morning, the train arrived at Hue Station. The Thua Thien Hue tourism industry organized a reception for the group, presenting flowers and gifts to the members of the group.

In Hue, passengers will join a Vespa tour to visit tourist attractions such as: Imperial Citadel, bronze casting village, Ho Quyen, Minh Mang Tomb, Thanh Tien paper flower village and experience Hue cuisine. At around 10pm on the same day, these passengers will board the train to continue the journey.

It is known that the SJourney train is the first 5-star luxury train in Vietnam operated by PYS Travel Company. All train compartments are designed with high-class interiors according to international standards. The ticket price for each passenger on this cross-Vietnam journey ranges from 186 million VND/passenger in 2024 and about 210 million VND/passenger in 2025.

Every week there will be one cross-Vietnam train departing from Hanoi to Ho Chi Minh City with the code SE61 and one departing from Ho Chi Minh City to Hanoi with the code SE62. The journey will last for 8 days and 7 nights.
