On the morning of January 7, the Personnel Subcommittee of the 21st Thai Binh Provincial Party Congress, term 2025 - 2030, held a meeting to deploy a number of personnel tasks. At the meeting, comrade Pham Van Tuan, member of the Standing Committee, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Organization Board, approved the decision to establish the Personnel Subcommittee of the 21st Provincial Party Congress, term 2025 - 2030; the working regulations of the Subcommittee; the plan to deploy work and assign tasks to members of the Subcommittee; draft personnel, draft decision to establish the Working Group of the Personnel Subcommittee; draft detailed outline of the summary report on personnel work for the term 2020 - 2025, direction of personnel work for the 21st Provincial Party Congress, term 2025 - 2030.

Comrade Pham Van Tuan, Standing Committee Member, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Organization Board, approved documents at the meeting.

Delegates focused on discussing and contributing opinions on a number of documents and tasks to be implemented in the personnel work of the 21st Provincial Party Congress, term 2025 - 2030.

Comrade Ngo Thi Kim Hoan, Standing Committee Member, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Committee spoke at the meeting.

In his concluding remarks, Comrade Nguyen Khac Than, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, Head of the Subcommittee emphasized: The Personnel Subcommittee plays a particularly important role, a key factor in determining the success of the 21st Provincial Party Congress, term 2025 - 2030.

He requested the Personnel Subcommittee to promote a high sense of responsibility in advising on the direction of personnel work and implementing plans, introducing personnel for the 21st Provincial Party Congress, term 2025 - 2030, submitting to the Provincial Party Standing Committee, the Provincial Party Executive Committee, term 20, and reporting to the Central Committee for consideration and comments before submitting to the 21st Provincial Party Congress, term 2025 - 2030. The Subcommittee needs to objectively and comprehensively assess the personnel work of the Provincial Party Executive Committee, term 20, term 2020 - 2025 and carefully prepare the personnel plan for the 21st Provincial Party Congress, term 2025 - 2030, ensuring compliance with current principles and regulations, in a spirit of caution, impartiality and objectivity. In particular, the personnel structure participating in the Provincial Party Executive Committee, term XXI, 2025 - 2030, must comply with the Central's regulations on age structure, female structure, young cadres; at the same time, it is necessary to arrange reasonably between blocks, sectors, fields, and localities. The Provincial Party Committee's Organizing Committee needs to carefully study and advise on the selection of members of the Personnel Subcommittee's Working Group to ensure progress, professional task requirements, and ensure confidentiality of information related to personnel work of the 21st Provincial Party Congress, term 2025 - 2030.
