More than 300 people participated in voluntary blood donation in Huong Son

On the morning of March 27, the Steering Committee for Voluntary Blood Donation of Huong Son district organized the first voluntary blood donation festival in 2025 with the message "A drop of blood given, a life left behind ".

The program attracted more than 300 volunteers including officials, civil servants, armed forces, union members, workers... from agencies and units in the area to participate.

Before donating blood, volunteers are screened by medical staff to ensure their health for blood donation.

The Organizing Committee collected 299 units of blood to serve the medical treatment and save lives.

At the end of the program, the Organizing Committee collected 299 units of qualified blood. All of these units of blood will be transferred to the "blood bank" of Ha Tinh General Hospital to serve the treatment of patients when necessary.
