Of these, 1 student born in 2013 and 3 students born in 2014 participated in smoking; 3 students born in 2014 appeared in the video but did not participate in smoking.

The Department of Education and Training of Long Xuyen city, An Giang province said that the video circulating online has not yet determined when the incident took place.

On the morning of March 31, the Board of Directors of LHP Primary School invited parents of students who smoked to the school to discuss and propagate the harmful effects of tobacco and the extent of negative impacts on students. At the same time, the Department of Education and Training of Long Xuyen city requested the school to coordinate with local authorities and functional agencies in preventing and combating social evils, especially preventing and combating electronic cigarettes in educational institutions.
