Over 84% of feedback and recommendations sent via iHanoi have been processed.
Officially launched on June 28, the 'Digital Capital Citizen' iHanoi application is an online interaction channel between people, businesses and Hanoi city authorities at all levels.
Through this interactive channel, people and businesses in Hanoi can reflect many issues to authorities at all levels to be received and resolved promptly.
Informing VietNamNet reporters about the use of iHanoi, the Hanoi Department of Information and Communications said that after 4 months of official operation, up to now, about 14 million people have accessed and used the iHanoi application.
As of October 31, the total number of users registering for iHanoi accounts reached 1,043,724. According to the provisional data of the Hanoi Department of Information and Communications, the entire city has about 5.3 million people over the age of 15 who have smartphones, the proportion of this group of people who have registered for accounts to use iHanoi currently accounts for nearly 19.7%.
Many districts, towns and cities in the city have actively created iHanoi accounts for people, of which 5 localities with high number of iHanoi accounts of people are 3 districts of Chuong My, Ba Vi, Soc Son and 2 districts of Ha Dong, Long Bien.
In the past time, the whole city has received 17,083 feedbacks and recommendations from people and businesses. Of these, 14,398 feedbacks and recommendations have been processed, accounting for 84.3%. Of the 7,194 feedbacks with evaluations, the number of satisfied and accepted evaluations accounts for 55%.
Will develop iHanoi according to the super application model
In the plan 'Developing, upgrading, and expanding the 'Digital Capital Citizen' platform - iHanoi in the city in the period of 2025 - 2026' issued on October 28, the Hanoi People's Committee set the goal of making iHanoi the only centralized social networking application platform of the capital to best serve people and businesses, with the motto "Taking people and businesses as the subject, as the center for the government to serve" .
One target to be achieved, according to the plan, is that 100% of people over 15 years old with smartphones in the city have access to and can use the iHanoi application.
Along with that, the City People's Committee also set many other targets such as: The rate of people and businesses accessing and using iHanoi increases by at least 30% annually; 100% of people's and businesses' feedback and suggestions are received, processed, resolved and results are returned quickly via iHanoi; 100% of officials and civil servants at all levels of government are proficient in using the iHanoi application; 100% of people's and businesses' data is kept confidential...
The requirements for expanding the iHanoi application are to ensure an improved user experience; enhance information security for the system; apply AI to support civil servants in receiving and processing feedback and recommendations quickly, promptly and accurately; and at the same time support people and businesses to easily interact and search for information.
In the coming time, Hanoi will research and develop iHanoi according to the super application model to integrate a variety of services and features to serve people and businesses from suitable partners.
Adding new features on the iHanoi platform to meet the increasing exploitation needs of people and businesses in the capital, especially in the fields of transportation, healthcare, education, environment, tourism, land, planning, construction order, online payment, public services...
At the same time, the city will build a chatbot system and virtual assistants to support officials and civil servants in receiving and handling feedback and recommendations from people and businesses; supporting people and businesses in interacting, asking questions, searching and exploiting information on the iHanoi application.
Additional functions to enhance information security for the system will also be added to prevent attacks; monitor, supervise and detect early risks of information security loss of the system; and record a log of all system activities in real time.
In order for people and businesses to understand, agree and respond to using iHanoi, in November, the Hanoi People's Committee launched a peak competition to guide installation, account activation and use of utilities on the 'Digital Capital Citizen' platform.
