The contest took place over 2 days (April 12-13), with more than 300 students from the league of primary and secondary schools participating. Content of the Talent Team Leader contest: Each secondary school sent 3 students to participate in 4 contests, including: Theory contest (decoding secret letters; recognizing road signs and tying 5 knots); practical contest (team ceremony: Team flag, Team drum and individual movements on the spot and on the move); game management skills (managing and guiding the remaining contestants to participate in a collective game); camping activities, big games and outdoor skills.

Team ritual competition: Each primary school sends a team of 16 contestants to compete in the following sections: Team ritual; individual movements on the spot and on the move; formation: U-shape formation, circle, slow assembly.

The contest aims to evaluate the quality of team activities and team member training programs, improve professional skills, strive to become good team members, good team leaders, and contribute to building the Ho Chi Minh Young Pioneers Organization stronger and stronger. At the same time, it also commends and honors outstanding team leaders and cadres.
