Conference Overview

At the Conference, the Provincial Party Standing Committee discussed and gave opinions on the regulations on preferential land rent exemption in the fields or areas of investment incentives in the province; the policy of implementing the afforestation project combined with livestock development; adjusting the investment project policy for the construction of the Bac Kan metal lead factory with a capacity of 20,000 tons/year; the policy of mobilizing projects using ODA loans from the International Fund for Agricultural Development and non-refundable aid capital from the Global Environment Fund; the allocation plan from the Ordinance on Incentives for Meritorious People in 2025; the consideration of awarding the title of "People's Artisan" in the field of intangible cultural heritage in the province for the fourth time; the policy of implementing compensation and supporting site clearance for the investment project to build the Cho Moi - Bac Kan route; the acceptance of the project to upgrade and repair to ensure the safety of Keo Coi reservoir, Cu Le commune, Na Ri district using aid capital from Japan.

The Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee listened to a report on the implementation situation and a number of solutions related to the field of non-budgetary investment to ensure the growth target and state budget revenue in 2025; carried out personnel work according to authority and discussed a number of other important contents./.
