Muong Ang District People's Council held its 10th session

Delegates give opinions on the detailed planning project at a scale of 1/500 for the central area of Muong Ang town.

At this meeting, the District People's Council considered and approved the following contents: Detailed planning project at a scale of 1/500 for the central area of Muong Ang town; approved adjustments and supplements to the list and plan for public investment capital for the period 2021 - 2025, in 2024, the local budget capital managed by the district and revenue from the auction of land use rights in Muong Ang district.

The district People's Council delegates basically agreed with the contents of the report, draft Resolution, and submission at the meeting. Regarding the detailed planning project at a scale of 1/500 for the central area of Muong Ang town, including the entire concentrated construction area of Muong Ang town belonging to 10 residential groups and villages of the town and part of Bo May village, Ang Nua commune and Hon Sang village, Ang Cang commune. The scope of detailed planning on the concentrated construction area is 235ha; the area of detailed planning at a scale of 1/500 is 190ha... Some delegates commented: Is the consulting unit reviewing the newly built commercial service planning area with a height of 1-3 floors reasonable? It is necessary to recalculate it reasonably, ensuring the urban landscape of the town in the future, in accordance with the planning of the province...

With a spirit of democracy and high responsibility, the district People's Council delegates voted to pass two resolutions submitted at the meeting.

Closing the session, Comrade Nguyen Tien Dat, Secretary of the District Party Committee, Chairman of the District People's Council requested agencies and units to focus on directing the implementation of the Resolutions that have just been passed, ensuring the correct procedures and regulations of the law. At the same time, focus on directing the preparation of contents to be presented at the 11th Session of the District People's Council to ensure time and quality. Implement the Conclusion of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee working with the District Party Committee Standing Committee; effectively implement the National Target Programs, especially the Rural Electricity Supply Project from the National Grid ("Light Up Dien Bien" Program).
