People's Councils at all levels in the province received nearly 24 thousand citizens.

Specifically, there were 976 complaints, 187 denunciations and 11,864 recommendations and reflections in various fields; there were 109 large delegations. Of which, the Provincial People's Council organized to receive 487 cases/615 citizens; received, classified and processed 1,559 petitions. The District People's Council received, classified and processed 4,701 petitions; the Commune People's Council received, classified and processed 5,432 petitions.

During the process of receiving citizens and meeting voters, in addition to listening to and recording opinions and recommendations, People's Council delegates have combined explaining, disseminating and popularizing laws, and responding to citizens' recommendations according to their authority.

According to Mr. Trinh Minh Duc - Chief of Office of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation - Provincial People's Council, through receiving citizens, the Provincial People's Council Party Delegation promptly led the Provincial People's Council Standing Committee to direct and effectively handle many crowded and complicated cases.
