This result comes from HDBank's continuous efforts to improve the quality of information disclosure, aiming at international standards such as ASEAN CG Scorecard.

In the field of corporate governance, HDBank was honored in the Top 10 enterprises with the best corporate governance practices in the Large Cap group, and also won the award for the Enterprise with the best General Meeting of Shareholders for the second consecutive year. HDBank has pioneered in organizing the General Meeting of Shareholders in a flexible form (online and in person), optimizing convenience and ensuring investor rights. This achievement is even more meaningful when in 2024, the corporate governance criteria are enhanced according to the latest OECD standards, with the proportion of international practice points increasing to 40%.

The awards at Listed Enterprises 2024 are the result of HDBank's outstanding and sustainable performance. By the end of the third quarter of 2024, pre-tax profit: VND 12,655 billion, up 46.6% over the same period. Total assets: VND 629 trillion, up 23.9%. Total capital mobilization: VND 559 trillion, up 24.8%. Outstanding credit: VND 412 trillion, up 16.6%. Efficiency indicators: ROE reached 26.7%, ROA reached 2.2%, bad debt ratio was controlled at a low level of 1.46%.

In parallel with business activities, HDBank is a pioneer in community and environmental activities. In the first 9 months of the year, HDBank donated tens of thousands of health insurance cards to the poor; built charity houses; supported poor but studious students; responded to the peak period of the Program to eliminate temporary and dilapidated houses nationwide launched by the Prime Minister; implemented a preferential credit package of VND 12,000 billion for customers affected by storm Yagi and activities to support people affected by storms and floods in the northern provinces.

According to the assessment of the VLCA 2024 Organizing Committee, among financial enterprises, HDBank has demonstrated superiority in disclosing information on risk management, assessing and controlling bad debts, and using capital effectively.
