Ha Tinh has 2 delegates attending the 11th Congress of Vietnam Student Association

Of the total 696 delegates attending the 11th National Congress of the Vietnam Student Association, term 2023 - 2028, taking place in Hanoi, Ha Tinh has 2 delegates.

The 11th National Congress of the Vietnam Students' Association, term 2023 - 2028, will take place from December 18 - 20 in Hanoi.

The congress will be attended by 696 delegates from 30 Vietnamese student associations in provinces and cities; 39 Vietnamese student associations of centrally-run schools and 13 Vietnamese student associations abroad. These are representative delegates representing 1.7 million Vietnamese members and students at home and abroad.

Attending the congress, Ha Tinh had 2 representatives: Le Nguyen Khanh Vy (born 2003), student of Faculty of Pedagogy - Vice President of Vietnam Student Association of Ha Tinh University and Le Thi Dieu Huyen (born 2003), student of Faculty of Foreign Languages - Ha Tinh University.

Khanh Vy is an excellent student with a cumulative GPA of 3.63/4.0 and a training score of 98/100. Khanh Vy actively participates in movements and activities of the Youth Union and Association; is an outstanding volunteer in the programs "Supporting the Exam Season", "Spring on the Border"...

Dieu Huyen achieved a cumulative score of 3.83/4.0; training score of 90/100. She is an outstanding female secretary of the Youth Union; won first prize in the 2023 faculty-level scientific research competition; actively participated in youth union and association activities; donated blood and supported blood donation...

With the slogan: "Vietnamese Students: Strong Identity - Rich Aspiration - Creating the Future - Building the Country", the National Congress of the Vietnam Students' Association took place in 2.5 days with 4 working sessions.

The congress will focus on discussing, giving opinions and voting to approve the main contents, including: summarizing and evaluating the work of the association and the student movement for the 2018-2023 term, determining the goals, tasks and solutions for the work of the association and the student movement for the 2023-2028 term; negotiating to elect the Executive Committee, Secretariat and Inspection Committee of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Student Association, 11th tenure. The congress will also receive and listen to the direction of the leaders of the Party, State and the Central Secretariat of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union.
