Regarding the case of a male shipper being assaulted by a Lexus driver in Tay Ho district, the Hanoi People's Committee has just issued a document assigning the City Police to preside over and coordinate with relevant units to urgently investigate, clarify and strictly handle the case according to regulations, and report to the City People's Committee before February 21.

Previously, at noon on February 10, Mr. Le Xuan Hung (31 years old) was delivering cakes from a factory in lane 310 Nghi Tam, Yen Phu ward, Tay Ho district, Hanoi when he collided with a Lexus.

Immediately after that, the people in the car cursed at Mr. Hung, while the driver got out of the car and repeatedly assaulted the male shipper. This person also used his helmet to hit the victim until his helmet broke.

After the incident, Mr. Hung suffered from bruises on his eyes, multiple lacerations, fatigue, headaches, and constant nosebleeds.

On the afternoon of February 11, the male shipper was taken to Xanh Pon Hospital for examination and injury determination.
