According to another witness, at this time, the male shipper took the initiative to apologize, the car driver ignored it and returned to the car. However, the person sitting in the passenger seat of the Lexus continued to curse the male shipper, so the young man responded: "Your car hit me, before I could do anything, you rolled down the window and cursed at me."

Immediately after that, the driver of the car turned around and repeatedly hit the male shipper. When she saw the man assaulting the young man, the woman who witnessed the incident tried to stop the car driver, but the car driver's actions only stopped when two people in the Lexus got out to hold him back.
