In recent years, all levels of soldiers, team members and children in the province have successfully implemented the movement of Quang Tri children competing to follow Uncle Ho's 5 teachings. Team work and the children's movement have had positive and comprehensive developments with many innovations, creativity and practicality, better meeting the needs of caring for, training and nurturing children in all fields.

The movements “Tran Quoc Toan”, “Small Plan”, “Thousand Good Deeds”; the campaigns “For Dear Juniors”, “Helping Friends Go to School”; the programs “Vietnamese Children - Study Well, Practice Hard”, “Vietnamese Youth Cultivate Morality and Talent, Lead the Future” continue to receive attention and focus.

From the practical movement, many examples of children overcoming difficulties to excel in their studies and achieving many academic achievements have emerged, creating an important premise for them to gradually integrate, develop and assert themselves.

Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Youth Union, Chairman of the Provincial Youth Union Council Pham Xuan Khanh said that the 9th Congress of Uncle Ho's Good Children in Quang Tri province is an opportunity for delegates of Uncle Ho's Good Children to exchange experiences in movement activities, contributing to building a strong team organization, worthy of being the core force, a reliable reserve team of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union.

Speaking at the meeting, Standing Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Council Nguyen Chien Thang acknowledged and highly appreciated the Provincial Youth Union and the Provincial Pioneer Council for their good work in caring for, educating and protecting children and teenagers; educating them in the spirit of solidarity, awareness of sharing and helping each other.

At the same time, the Provincial Youth Union Council highly appreciated the fact that it mobilized the members and children of the whole province to participate in donating and supporting the construction of 9 "Red Scarf House" projects for disadvantaged children to celebrate the congress. The small actions of the children have spread a beautiful image and profound humanistic meaning throughout the whole society and children of Quang Tri.

Propose that Party committees, authorities, departments, branches, organizations at all levels, schools, families and the whole society pay more attention to the work of caring for, educating and protecting children; devote the best feelings and the most practical work to children, the future buds of the country.

Propose that the Provincial Youth Union Standing Committee, Provincial Pioneer Council, and team leaders be closer to the children; further strengthen and innovate the content, form, and methods of team activities suitable to the age and psychology of children.

On this occasion, the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee awarded certificates of merit to 3 groups and 7 individuals; the Provincial Youth Union Executive Committee awarded certificates of merit to 10 individuals; the Director of the Department of Education and Training awarded certificates of merit to 10 individuals with many achievements in the work of the team and the children's movement in the period 2020 - 2025. The Provincial Youth Union Council awarded certificates and symbolic cups to outstanding team members and children; presented 9 "Red Scarf House" projects to 9 children in especially difficult circumstances.
