Senior Lieutenant Nghia mobilized the installation of many security cameras at places at risk of losing security and order and in front of people's houses, both helping to protect property and supporting the authorities to extract images, effectively handling traffic collisions, intentional injury cases ... From being close to the grassroots, grasping the situation, he and his unit destroyed a number of social evils, contributing to cleaning up the area.

In the past time, Senior Lieutenant Nghia has coordinated well the implementation of the two National Population Database Projects and the Project on production, issuance and management of electronic chip-embedded citizen identification cards. Dynamic and enthusiastic, Lieutenant Nguyen Hoang Son is loved and trusted by many people. In charge of crime prevention and control, concurrently serving as the Regional Police of My Thuan Hamlet, My Khanh Commune, in 2024, Lieutenant Son coordinated to crack down on 14 cases; reformed and educated many progressive cases without reoffending. In addition, he and the unit discovered 23 administrative violations in various fields, punished 60 subjects, established 1 file to send them to compulsory drug rehabilitation; participated in tracking down and escorting 2 subjects for property robbery that occurred in the commune.

To maintain security and order at the grassroots level, in addition to doing a good job of grasping the situation, Lieutenant Son has increased propaganda to mobilize people not to violate the law, participate in building the movement of All people protecting national security, especially focusing on propaganda of laws on traffic safety, drug prevention and control... He has advised on the effective implementation of state management on fire prevention and fighting; advised the Commune People's Committee to develop a plan to coordinate with departments, branches, mass organizations of the commune and hamlets to mobilize households to equip themselves with fire extinguishers; propagate and guide people on how to preserve and use, to prevent fires and explosions in the management area. At the same time, coordinate to effectively implement Project 06/CP of the Government, the National Population Data Project and the issuance of electronic chip-embedded citizen identification cards...
