Northeast monsoon brings rain to the North and North Central regions

In the North and North Central regions, the weather is cold, and in some mountainous areas of the North, there are places with severe cold. During this cold air mass, the lowest temperature in the North and North Central regions is generally between 15-18 degrees Celsius, while in the mountainous areas of the North, it is generally between 12-15 degrees Celsius, and in some high mountainous areas, it is below 11 degrees Celsius.
