The Ha Tinh Literature and Arts Association currently has 238 members, of which 76 members are teachers who have worked and are working at schools and training facilities in the province. In addition to completing their professional tasks well, teachers who are members of the association have actively participated in the field of literature and arts in the following genres: poetry, literature, memoirs, music, painting, etc.
Especially in the field of children's literature, many young writers have appeared with works that fully reflect school life and the psychology of children; bringing a contemporary feel.

Children's literature is further spread through the "Writing and Drawing for School Age" contest. After 13 times of organization, it has attracted a large number of students at all levels to participate; creating a useful and healthy spiritual playground, contributing to discovering literary and artistic talents among school age children.
The success of the competition is largely due to the contributions of teachers who are members of the association. Teachers have devoted much effort to providing knowledge, nurturing and inspiring the passion for writing in many generations of students.
The active, passionate and responsible participation of teachers in the field of artistic creation has brought many unique "flavors", enriching the flower garden of literature and art in the province.

At the meeting and discussion, delegates shared their experiences in performing professional work and literary and artistic creation activities.
The members who are teachers also hope that the Association of Literature and Arts will continue to organize many useful playgrounds for members such as creative camps, training conferences, competitions... At the same time, pay more attention to the work of discovering and nurturing new factors to contribute to enriching the literary and artistic life of the province.
