Dak Nong meets with members and collaborators of literature and art

According to the report, in 2024, the Literature and Arts Association successfully completed the tasks approved by the Provincial People's Committee. The cadres, civil servants and members were active and creative in organizing and participating in cultural and arts activities.

The Association organizes many quality literary and artistic writing contests and camps, attracting members and artists to participate.

In 2024, Dak Nong's cultural and artistic work achieved many results.

Many members and artists of the province penetrate into reality to create literary and artistic works that truly reflect social life and serve the public... The quality of Nam Nung Magazine is increasingly improved.

Promoting its role as a bridge connecting artists, in 2024, the Provincial Literature and Arts Association will continue to inspire creativity and encourage members to create literary and artistic works.

In particular, the association successfully organized a specialized Literature and Arts Creation Camp on the UNESCO Dak Nong Global Geopark and signed a contract to promote through literature and arts the value of the Global Geopark in the provinces of Dak Nong, Ha Giang, Cao Bang, and Lang Son, for the period 2024-2029.

Many members and collaborators attended the meeting.

Through that, introduce and promote the image and value of UNESCO global geoparks in the provinces to friends across the country. Support the Fine Arts Association to organize a Fine Arts creation camp for members in Dak Nong.

In addition, the association organizes training courses on artistic photography, prose and poetry composition for members and collaborators. Many members have participated in competitions and exhibitions in and outside the province with high results.

Nam Nung Magazine alone, after 20 years of publishing its first issue, has published 214 issues and published more than 20,000 works of various genres on specialized pages. Among the works published in the magazine, nearly 1,300 have won awards in competitions within and outside the province.

The magazine has well implemented the Party's guidelines and policies, the State's policies and laws, promoting the land, people, and cultural identity of Dak Nong province's ethnic groups to domestic and foreign friends.

On this occasion, authorized by the leader of the Provincial Literature and Arts Association, he awarded certificates of merit from the Provincial People's Committee to two former leaders of the Dak Nong Literature and Arts Association.

The Provincial Literature and Arts Association awarded the Literature and Arts Award in Nam Nung Magazine in 2024; awarded certificates of merit to 4 collectives and 21 individuals with outstanding achievements in literature and arts activities in 2024; and awarded young and promising authors.
