Teacher disciplined for drinking alcohol and teaching in class

On October 3, Ngoc Lay Primary and Secondary Boarding School for Ethnic Minorities (Tu Mo Rong District, Kon Tum Province) issued a decision to discipline a teacher for violating professional regulations.

Previously, people reported that teachers at Ngoc Lay Primary and Secondary Boarding School for Ethnic Minorities drank alcohol during working hours, causing offense.

The leaders of Tu Mo Rong District People's Committee have directed specialized agencies to investigate and find a solution.

Through verification, teacher AL (Ngoc Lay Primary and Secondary Boarding School for Ethnic Minorities) violated the internal regulations, working regulations, discipline, and administrative discipline during working hours. After that, the school decided to discipline teacher L. with a reprimand.

According to the school principal, teacher L. explained that on the morning of September 25, he drank alcohol with relatives. Afterwards, this teacher went to class to teach the last two periods of the morning of the same day.

Mr. L.'s drinking during office hours before teaching in class is against the rules.
