The domestic gold ring price officially reached 100 million VND/tael at noon today (March 19).
Accordingly, at 11:15 a.m., Bao Tin Minh Chau Company listed the price of plain round gold rings from 98.45-100 million VND/tael (buy/sell), an increase of 800,000 VND/tael compared to early this morning and an increase of 1.2 million VND/tael compared to the previous closing price.
Meanwhile, in Phu Quy, the price of gold rings listed by this business is from 98.30-99.90 million VND/tael, plus 800,000 VND/tael compared to the opening price this morning.
Similarly, SJC gold prices also increased sharply, for example at Saigon Jewelry Company; Doji; Phu Quy... businesses adjusted buying and selling prices in the range of 97.90-99.40 million VND/tael, an increase of 300,000 VND/tael compared to the opening price of the morning session and an increase of 700,000 VND/tael compared to the closing price yesterday.
Thus, since the beginning of the week (March 17), the price of SJC gold has increased by a total of 3.6 million VND/tael, while the price of gold rings has also increased by 3.5 million VND/tael.
In the world, the price of gold fluctuates around 3,035 USD/ounce, up 3 USD compared to early this morning. This price is equivalent to 93.90 million VND/tael when converted according to the USD exchange rate at Vietcombank.
At noon today, the USD exchange rate at Vietinbank was announced at 25,361-25,721 VND, an increase of 3 VND compared to this morning.
Vietcombank and BIDV both listed USD exchange rates from 25,350-25,710 VND/USD (buy/sell) and Agribank traded from 25,350-25,690 VND/USD (buy/sell), both remaining stable.
