The lighting system project on Nguyen Cong Tru Street, District Road 23, Nghi Xuan (Ha Tinh) has a total investment of nearly 8 billion VND, expected to be completed before Lunar New Year 2024.

The project is invested by the Nghi Xuan District Public Service and Tourist Sites Management Board (CIDL Board) with a total capital of 7.99 billion VND, of which the construction package worth nearly 7.3 billion VND is being implemented by Viet Anh Investment Joint Stock Company (Vinh City - Nghe An).
Accordingly, a lighting system with 124 lamp posts 10m high, 150W LED lights installed, arranged alternately on both sides of Nguyen Cong Tru Street (the section from the intersection with Nguyen Du Street to Nghi Xuan District Continuing Education Center; the section from the road to the district martyrs' cemetery to the intersection of DT.546 Road in Xuan My Commune) and DH.23 (the section from Xuan My intersection to Nghi Xuan Water Plant) with a total length of 3 km in Tien Dien Town, Xuan Giang Commune, Xuan My Commune.
In addition, build a 14m high floodlight pole, install 4 sets of 200W Led floodlights on Highway 23 at the intersection of Co Dam commune.
The project is now more than 85% complete.
According to Mr. Tran Minh Duc - Deputy Head of the Management Board of Public Services and Tourist Attractions of Nghi Xuan District, the project started on December 14, 2023, and was expected to be completed in April 2024, but up to now, it has reached over 85% of the volume. Currently, the construction unit is urgently speeding up the progress, striving to put it into use before the Lunar New Year 2024.
The project of lighting system for Nguyen Cong Tru street, DH.23 Nghi Xuan district aims to gradually complete the lighting system for the roads in the district, contributing to ensuring traffic safety; at the same time, creating landscape for areas through residential areas, urban areas and contributing to promoting local economic and social development.
