Nearly 1,000 people participated in the 2024 Duong Kinh District Job Fair and Career Counseling Session

(Haiphong.gov.vn) - On the morning of November 2, at the Duong Kinh District Administrative Center, the District People's Committee coordinated with the Hai Phong Employment Service Center and the Department of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs to organize a job fair and career counseling session attracting nearly 1,000 participants.

The program aims to provide full information on the labor market, labor and employment policies, vocational training support, job referrals and temporary work abroad programs for youth union members, students and workers in the district. At the same time, it is also an opportunity for youth union members and workers of working age to approach, get acquainted, demonstrate their abilities and seek job opportunities at reputable recruitment units.

The job fair and career counseling session was attended by 35 units and businesses wishing to recruit thousands of more workers with diverse jobs, professional working environment, promotion opportunities and preferential treatment.

Through the program, businesses with recruitment needs will effectively exploit the currently idle labor resources among the population, selecting capable workers to ensure human resources for production and business development.
