Nearly 400 primary school teachers in Kien An district attend summer training and professional development in 2024

(Haiphong.gov.vn) – On the morning of August 12, at Hai Phong University, the Department of Education and Training of Kien An district organized a professional training conference on building STEM teaching topics; Digital citizenship skills education and English training for primary and secondary schools. Nearly 400 teachers from primary schools in Kien An district attended the training conference.

The 2024 summer professional training program will be held from August 12 to August 15, 2025.

Head of Kien An District Education and Training Department Tran Thi Tuyet delivered the opening speech at the Conference.

Speaking at the opening ceremony of the 2024 Summer Professional Training Course, Head of the Kien An District Education and Training Department Tran Thi Tuyet emphasized that training knowledge and skills for primary and secondary school teachers on building STEM teaching topics; digital citizenship skills education and English is very important to meet the implementation of the 2018 General Education Program, improve the quality of education; meet the requirements of innovation in teaching methods, testing and evaluation to effectively implement the quality of education. In order for the 2024 summer training program to be most effective, Head of the Kien An District Education and Training Department Tran Thi Tuyet requested all teachers participating in the training to seriously study, listen, and actively discuss to clarify the knowledge exchanged; take advantage of opportunities to learn and exchange; ensure the punctuality and regulations of the training class.
