Attending the program were Associate Professor, Dr. Do Thi Thu Hang, Member of the Standing Committee, Head of the Professional Committee of the Vietnam Journalists Association; members of the Provincial Party Committee, representatives of the leaders of the Provincial Party Committee, departments, branches, agencies, units, enterprises, leaders of districts and cities; provincial press agencies, central press agencies stationed in Tuyen Quang; staff and reporters of Tuyen Quang Newspaper and 16 typical inspirational figures of 2023.

The Gala program “Outstanding Impressions” consists of 3 parts. Part 1 “Inspirational people” are stories and sharing of typical individuals who always try their best to contribute to society. Among them are many individuals who take on difficult tasks, dare to face difficulties and challenges, and actively build their homeland. Part 2 “Kind hearts” is sharing of organizations and individuals who dedicate themselves to volunteer activities for the community, promoting the spirit of “mutual love”, “the healthy leaves cover the torn leaves”.
In particular, in recent times, Tuyen Quang Newspaper has also contributed significantly to the journey of charity, connecting businesses and philanthropists to help those in difficult circumstances rise up in life. Part 3 of “Journey of Dreams” is a story about individuals who constantly preserve, conserve and promote the good traditional values of the nation.
It is the story of an electrical engineer with a passion for folk culture; the journey of a mountain boy who brought home the Southeast Asian wrestling gold medal for his country; or a teacher with a serious illness who still devoted herself to the education of her province...

Speaking at the program, Editor-in-Chief of Tuyen Quang Newspaper Mai Duc Thong affirmed that not only doing a good job in professional tasks, each journalist is also clearly aware of the role and social responsibility of the press agency, thereby connecting philanthropists and businesses inside and outside the province. In 2023, through the Nhip Cau Nhan Ai column, Tuyen Quang Newspaper mobilized to help 35 difficult cases with a total amount of over 3.7 billion VND. This is also the first year that Tuyen Quang Newspaper successfully organized the "Mid-Autumn Festival of Love" program with nearly 1,000 gifts and scholarships awarded to children in difficult circumstances in mountainous, remote and isolated areas. The "Outstanding Impressions" Gala program is an opportunity for everyone to look back on the results of a year full of efforts of the Tuyen Quang Newspaper collective and to express gratitude to individuals, groups and readers who have accompanied the newspaper throughout the past year.
