FE CREDIT signs cooperation agreement with FPT Polytechnic College

On December 16, 2022, FE CREDIT completed the signing of a cooperation agreement with FPT Polytechnic College, reaffirming FE CREDIT's commitment to developing skills and competencies for undergraduate students and supporting them to achieve success.

In the context of businesses transforming themselves following the 4.0 industrial revolution, highly skilled and specialized human resources are becoming an urgent need for Vietnamese businesses. To meet this need, FPT Polytechnic College HCM has launched a dual training program between the school and businesses.

Accordingly, Mr. Tran Van Nam - Director of FPT Polytechnic College HCM shared about the opportunities and challenges of this program: “In the dual training system, learners will have 30% of the time to study theory at vocational schools and 70% of the time to study practice at enterprises. Because learners are trained in two places, this training model is called dual training. After the dual training course, learners have become skilled workers, have high income and have many advantages because they have previously been acquainted and learned about enterprises, and especially have experience working at enterprises”.

Sharing his views at the signing ceremony, a representative of FE CREDIT said: “The cooperation agreement with the schools is part of FE CREDIT’s talent nurturing project to connect and facilitate young talents across Vietnam. Through the cooperation with FPT Polytechnic College, we hope to create a favorable environment that can support young people who dare to think and dare to do, pursuing their life goals with determination and confidence.

By being exposed to the realities and innovations of the consumer finance industry in the most direct way, students not only get a head start but are also career-ready upon graduation. We believe that the essential talents, skills and competencies acquired through this collaboration will certainly help them develop successfully in the future.”

Regarding some benefits for students, FE CREDIT representative also said that students will be able to attend and acquire knowledge from seminars, conferences, courses from FE CREDIT experts; have priority when participating in the Finternship internship program, Management Associate trainee program and Ambassadors brand ambassador program scheduled to take place in 2023 and the following years at FE CREDIT.

In the coming time, hopefully the school and FE CREDIT will understand each other better to be able to promote human resource training in the future.
