Ms. Vo Thi Hong Nhung sent a complaint to the Criminal Police Department of the Ministry of Public Security, the People's Procuracy of Ho Chi Minh City, the Investigation Police Agency of Ho Chi Minh City Police, the Ho Chi Minh City Party Committee, the Department of Culture and Sports of Ho Chi Minh City and many other agencies.

According to Tuoi Tre Online , the Criminal Police Department of the Ministry of Public Security has received the above complaint and forwarded it to the director of Ho Chi Minh City Police for consideration and resolution.

According to the complaint, Ms. Nhung accused Ms. NTMT (commonly known as N.), Mr. LNV (singer NV) and Ms. NTBT (actress BT) of abusing their democratic freedoms to speak untruths, slander and seriously insult the honor, reputation and dignity of her and many others.

According to the petition, Ms. NTMT, under the name of supporting Ms. Vo Thi Hong Loan (daughter of the late artist Vu Linh) in the property dispute case between Ms. Nhung and Ms. Loan, Ms. MT collaborated with many people to "take advantage of democratic freedom to speak untruths, leading public opinion to insult" Ms. Nhung and many others.

Ms. Nhung said that Ms. MT and many others provided false and unverified information to mislead the online community about the objective truth about her relationship with artist Vu Linh in order to gain the community's sympathy. This directly and indirectly led public opinion to attack and insult her and many others.

Hong Loan is not Vu Linh's biological daughter.

Ms. Nhung presented an overview of some of the actions of Ms. NTMT and others with detailed documents to prove it.

Some notable content includes Ms. MT and singer NV providing false information, and a DNA test confirmed that Ms. Loan is the biological daughter of artist Vu Linh.

While the first instance trial on January 7, 2025 clarified that Ms. Hong Loan was adopted a long time ago, Ms. Loan is not the biological child of artist Vu Linh.

In addition, to attract public opinion, Ms. Nhung said that Ms. MT, singer NV, actress BT and some others released the MV "More Than Love" to implicitly criticize and fabricate the story that Ms. Nhung and singer Hong Phuong (Hong Nhung's daughter) had treated Ms. Loan harshly and badly when she was a child.

Ms. Nhung said that this caused public opinion to have negative comments about her family.

Through this complaint, Ms. Nhung requested the investigation agency to review and clarify the illegal acts of Ms. NTMT, singer NV, actress BT and others.
