Comrade Nguyen Duc Canh was born on February 2, 1908, in Diem Dien village, Ho Doi commune, Thuy Anh district, now Diem Dien town, Thai Thuy district, in a family with a patriotic tradition. Comrade Nguyen Duc Canh's life and revolutionary career are a shining example of patriotism, steadfast and indomitable fighting spirit, optimism and belief in the bright future of the Party and the nation. He devoted his youth and life to the revolutionary cause of the Party, to the cause of national liberation, for the independence and freedom of the Fatherland, for the happiness of the people.
On this occasion, Comrade Truong Thi Mai, Politburo member, Standing member of the Secretariat, Head of the Central Organization Committee and delegates visited and presented gifts to Ms. Cao Thi Ngoan, born in 1928, mother of martyr Pham Van Tich, in Group 4, Diem Dien town; the family of Mr. Le Hop Doanh, Head of the People's Protection Committee of Diem Dien town, a typical and advanced individual in the movement of the whole people to protect national security in Thai Thuy district.
