On the afternoon of September 17, in Nam Sach district, comrade Le Ngoc Chau, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the People's Committee of Hai Duong province, presented the decision of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee on transferring comrade Hoang Van Thuc, member of the Provincial Party Committee, Director of the Department of Natural Resources and Environment to work at Nam Sach District Party Committee, appointing him to participate in the Executive Committee, Standing Committee and hold the position of Secretary of Nam Sach District Party Committee for the 2020-2025 term from September 17, 2024.
Speaking at the assignment, Chairman of Hai Duong Provincial People's Committee Le Ngoc Chau affirmed that comrade Hoang Van Thuc is a cadre with basic training, nearly 27 years of working experience and is assessed to have completed well the assigned tasks in all positions.
Comrade Le Ngoc Chau suggested that Comrade Hoang Van Thuc quickly approach the work in the new position, unite with the Standing Committee, the Standing Committee and the Executive Committee of the Nam Sach District Party Committee to lead and direct the implementation of the targets set by the District Party Congress. In the immediate future, it is necessary to focus on working with the District People's Committee to lead and direct the earliest overcoming of the consequences of storm No. 3, bringing production activities and people's lives back to normal.
Comrade Le Ngoc Chau suggested that Comrade Hoang Van Thuc continue to learn, closely follow the grassroots, and firmly grasp the socio-economic development targets and objectives set out in the resolution of the Nam Sach District Party Congress to accelerate, break through, and complete the district's targets and contribute to completing the goals of the Provincial Party Congress.
Trusting in the working experience, capacity and qualities of comrade Hoang Van Thuc, comrade Le Ngoc Chau expects that in his new position, comrade Hoang Van Thuc will successfully complete the assigned tasks.
Comrade Le Ngoc Chau also acknowledged and commended comrade Duong Van Xuyen, member of the Provincial Party Committee, former Secretary of the Nam Sach District Party Committee, new Director of the Department of Natural Resources and Environment, who, together with the Executive Committee and Standing Committee of the District Party Committee, led and directed all activities of the district to achieve many achievements.
The Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee requested the Standing Committee, the Standing Committee, the Executive Committee of the Nam Sach District Party Committee and the agencies and organizations of Nam Sach District to promote the spirit of solidarity and create all conditions to help comrade Hoang Van Thuc successfully complete his tasks.
Speaking at the ceremony, comrade Hoang Van Thuc, member of the Provincial Party Committee, Secretary of the Nam Sach District Party Committee thanked and accepted all the opinions, directions and assignment of tasks from the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Le Ngoc Chau; at the same time, thanked the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, and the provincial leaders for trusting and assigning the task of the head of the Nam Sach District Party Committee, succeeding the task of former Secretary of the Nam Sach District Party Committee Duong Van Xuyen.
Taking on the new task in the context that Nam Sach district in particular, Hai Duong in general, along with the people of the Northern provinces, are suffering severe consequences of storm No. 3 and prolonged floods, comrade Hoang Van Thuc affirmed that the urgent task now is to promptly deploy solutions to overcome the consequences and quickly stabilize the lives of people and businesses in the district.
In his new position, Comrade Hoang Van Thuc is determined to preserve and promote the achievements of the Party Committee, government and people of Nam Sach district. At the same time, promote the good values that previous generations of leaders have worked hard to cultivate.
To successfully complete the task, comrade Hoang Van Thuc hopes to continue to receive the attention, leadership and direction of the province and district leaders through the periods and the coordination of the provincial departments, branches and sectors with local Party committees and authorities and all cadres, party members and people of Nam Sach district.
Comrade Hoang Van Thuc was born in 1975, from Le Loi commune (Chi Linh city). He has a master's degree in Law; advanced political theory. He has held the positions of Deputy Head of the Internal Affairs Department of the Office of the Hai Duong Provincial People's Committee; Director of the Information Technology Center, Office of the Hai Duong Provincial People's Committee; Deputy Chief of the Office of the Hai Duong Provincial People's Committee; Deputy Chief of the Office of the Hai Duong Provincial Party Committee. From October 2020 to March 2021, he was a member of the Provincial Party Committee, Deputy Director of the Department of Natural Resources and Environment. From March 2021, he was appointed to the position of Director of the Department of Natural Resources and Environment.
