Dien Bien District People's Council held the 15th session

District People's Council delegates voted to elect additional members of the District People's Committee for the 2021-2026 term.

The District People's Council reviewed and approved the reports submitted by the District People's Committee on: Supplementing the investment capital plan for the development of the national target program on new rural construction for the period 2021 - 2025 in Dien Bien district; approving the investment policy for the project of the Sports and Cultural House and auxiliary items of Noong Het commune; adjusting the capital structure of projects starting construction in 2022.

The Standing Committee of the District People's Council presented flowers to congratulate two comrades who were elected as additional members of the District People's Committee and Head of the Ethnic Committee of the District People's Council for the 2021-2026 term.

At this session, the District People's Council dismissed the District People's Council delegate for the 2021-2026 term, dismissed the position of District People's Committee member for the 2021-2026 term for Mr. Luong Van Cuong due to job transfer; elected additional District People's Committee member for the 2021-2026 term for Mr. Lu Van Thuong, Head of the District Police; elected additional position of Head of the Ethnic Council of the District People's Council, term XXI, term 2021-2026 for Mr. Nguyen Cong Hong, former Deputy Head of the District Party Committee's Mass Mobilization Committee.
