On October 26 in Athens (Greece), AEON Vietnam was honored by the International Coaching Federation with the ICF Coaching Impact Awards 2024.

Coaching has become a core element in the talent development strategy and work culture building at AEON Vietnam. The ICF Coaching Impact Awards 2024 is organized by the International Coaching Foundation (ICF). The award honors organizations that excel in applying coaching, creating positive impacts in the workplace and contributing to global social change. Nominated businesses will be evaluated by the ICF Council based on 4 pillars, including: impact (influence), standards, strategy, and sustainability.

Applying coaching to talent development programs is a necessary activity to support employees in defining clear goals and improving work performance.
