Households and individuals are advised to be vigilant against fraudulent information, accepting applications for purchase of social housing with a guarantee of "passing".
When being granted permission to rent or buy social housing, households and individuals must fully comply with regulations on management and use of social housing. In case of detecting violations, administrative violations will be considered and handled according to the provisions of Decree No. 16/2022/ND-CP of the Government.
Previously, on March 18, the Department of Construction of Da Nang issued a document stating that, according to information and documents provided by the investor (Joint Venture of Duc Manh Joint Stock Company - Investment and Construction Joint Stock Company 579), the social housing formed in the future at blocks A and B of the An Trung 2 low-income apartment project is eligible for sale according to the provisions of Clause 3, Article 88 of the Housing Law 2023.
The number of houses is 633 apartments (block A: 288 apartments, block B: 345 apartments). The total floor area of the houses is about 36,560.1 m2; the location and area of each apartment are according to the design documents attached to Construction Permit No. 301/GPXD dated February 13, 2018 of the Department of Construction of Da Nang.
