Da Nang: How to apply to rent or buy social housing at An Trung 2?

According to the Department of Construction of Da Nang, households and individuals who want to rent or buy social housing need to fully understand the information of social housing projects that are eligible for sale and receive registration documents for renting or buying according to the announcement of the Department of Construction (publicly announced on the Department of Construction's website and sent to departments, branches, People's Committees of districts, wards, communes, Da Nang newspaper, City's electronic information portal), regulations on management and use of social housing before submitting registration documents to buy social housing.

At the same time, contact the project investor directly for guidance and to receive the registration file for purchasing social housing. Declare information truthfully, in accordance with regulations and be legally responsible for the contents declared in the registration file for renting or purchasing social housing.

In case of detecting false declaration or violation of regulations, the review result will be considered, the contract will be canceled (in case the contract has been signed) and the social housing will be revoked (in case the house has been handed over) according to regulations.

Applications for social housing purchase must be submitted within the reception period as notified by the Department of Construction. Applications submitted before or after the reception period will be invalid. In case the total number of applications for purchase is equal to or less than the total number of apartments announced for sale, the selection of apartments will be carried out according to the agreement between the investor and the customer.

In case the total number of applications for purchase is greater than the total number of apartments announced for sale, the review and selection of subjects will be carried out in the form of a lottery organized by the investor, with the participation of a representative of the Department of Construction in supervision. Households and individuals are advised to be vigilant against fraudulent information, accepting applications for purchase of social housing with a guarantee of "passing".

When being granted permission to rent or buy social housing, households and individuals must fully comply with regulations on management and use of social housing. In case of detecting violations, administrative violations will be considered and handled according to the provisions of Decree No. 16/2022/ND-CP of the Government.

Previously, on March 18, the Department of Construction of Da Nang issued a document stating that, according to information and documents provided by the investor (Joint Venture of Duc Manh Joint Stock Company - Investment and Construction Joint Stock Company 579), the social housing formed in the future at blocks A and B of the An Trung 2 low-income apartment project is eligible for sale according to the provisions of Clause 3, Article 88 of the Housing Law 2023.

The number of houses is 633 apartments (block A: 288 apartments, block B: 345 apartments). The total floor area of ​​the houses is about 36,560.1 m2; the location and area of ​​each apartment are according to the design documents attached to Construction Permit No. 301/GPXD dated February 13, 2018 of the Department of Construction of Da Nang.
